Haim Dror

Founded HUMINT Solutions in 2004. After retiring in 2010, he applied his expertise in economics, intelligence, earned a master's from Harvard in negotiations, and utilized game theory to create TINO. Dror led various projects, including research, training, and societal initiatives. In betwen, he enjoys motorcycle tours.

Siham Hussein

The Benjamin of our team. Started as a participant in 2020 and now works as a trainer focussing on the TINO element 'left leg - right leg'. Personally witnessed the profound impact of uncovering unrecognized knowledge and skills. Siham aspires to introduce TINO to youngsters and young adults who, because of their journey outside the conventional system, possess extra-abilities.

Veselina Kotseva

Joined in 2023, she is a graduate of Saxion University, specializing in International HR Management, and a co-initiator of the international honors program at Saxion. Having lived and worked in England, the Netherlands, Spain, and Finland, she actively contributes to our MDT programs and is dedicated to introducing TINO to the real estate sector in Eastern Europe.

Ivelise Seixas

Joined us in 2016, adeptly balancing her commitment here with engagements in the local political sphere. Focused on introducing TINO to the domain of citizen participation, with the aim of enhancing bottom-up information for public policy.

Maya Lievegoed

Introduced TINO in the Dutch market in 2014, earning recognition as one of the most promising young entrepreneurs by a leading financial newspaper. Led many projects, established a local team and partnerships with businesses and public organizations. Co-authored the book 'The Gang of Extra-Able' with Haim, her motorcycle tour companion.

Hadigitalit

is a full-stack developer with over 10 years of experience in product, marketing, and UI/UX. While HTML, CSS, React.js, Node.js, Firebase, Express.js, RESTful APIs, and Git might sound like abracadabra to some, Neta masters them. This makes her the perfect partner in developing our TINO tech applications, including the successful implementation of the KYS and MDT portal.

Janita Tögel

Joined in 2022 for a 6-month traineeship. After finishing her traineeship she continued working with us and among other things, combines dance with TINO elements. She is combining her study at ArtEZ with the TINO program Super-Anders and 'Performing MDT'. More information about the latter program can be found here.

COO

Florien Sjoerdsma

Joined in 2017, clinched 3rd place in Dutch climbing, and spearheads our TINO Sport initiative, bringing TINO elements to life for participants. Florien is also responsible for planning our MDT programs and co-leads 112 MDT and the Politie MDT alongside Maya. Whenever possible, she joins Haim and Maya on her own motorcycle.

Géneviève Bogers

Joined our team in 2024, studying applied psychology and number 1 in the world in Ju-Jitsu (-57 kg fighting system). Géneviève supports youngsters during TINO MDT sessions and she is also exploring the synergy of blending elements of the TINO methodology with her sport. Exciting times ahead!

Melody Toering

Joined in 2016 and focuses on our knowledge detecting programs with youngsters and elderly. Has a background in art and uses her artistic skills to visualize the discovered knowledge, for example in expositions like these.
