With TINO Label we turn unrecognized stories into public art.
Because unrecognized knowledge can sound abstract, we like to visualize it. With TINO label we turn unrecognized knowledge into (public) art and expositions. Some TINO activities and programs have an element of TINO Label into it. For example, municipalities and cultural organizations often ask us to present the results of a TINO process in an exposition.
TINO Label also is a playground for people who have artistic skills but who don't ambition a career as an art professional. What's great about these TINO artists is that they only make what they want, how and for whom they want to do it. We believe this creates a sustainable, independent and meaningful relationship with the arts.

"I never expected that my story would inspire others. And I love the way children made a painting out of it!"
Examples of TINO Label projects
For the Dutch cultural organization Rozet we developed and created a unique photo-exposition that visualizes the encounters that were created in the program 'Age Friendly Cultural City'. We located participants of the activities that took place within the program, interviewed them and identified meaningful encounters. The pictures (made by Zefanja Hoogers) show objects that symbolize the story of the encounter. Because we didn't bring the people together, taking the pictures could be done coronaproof.

For the municipality of Loon op Zand we created an exposition to reflect the unrecognized knowledge of care takers. Care takers develop unique unrecognized skills and knowledge because of the extra challenges they face at home. We let youngsters interview them to identify these extra-abilities and presented their findings and the lessons they took from the meetings. The exposition was presented in the municipality building and opened together with the youngsters and elderly that participated.
