In addition to our offline presentations, we also offer online services. Think about introduction webinar to a series of online training for (one of) your teams. Great thing about online is that it's corona-proof and can take place anywhere around the globe. We offer our services in English, Dutch, Hebrew and Portuguese. We can easily adjust the offering to your needs and available resources and brainstorm with you how to introduce your workers to the TINO method in a fun and effective way.

For a Brazilian bank we applied TINO in order to improve the security of their branches. Like any other bank, our client faced security challenges in and around their properties. Together with the client we defined the business challenge and used TINO to identify unrecognized knowledge owners. We determined the needed information and collected the relevant pieces of information. We then validated, integrated and presented innovative solutions to improve the bank's security.

Like all supermarkets and stores, our client faced costly losses and was searching for ways to reduce any pre-sale damage to products. We used TINO to identify unrecognized knowledge owners, and collected their relevant pieces of information. We then validated, integrated and presented the findings and helped the business to reduce their losses in effective ways.

We carried out multiple TINO researches for school boards and school associations, in order to analyze how to improve their strategy. We identified relevant people with unrecognized knowledge, did one-to-one interviews and integrated the findings. The results were presented in visual reports, short animations and through presentations and webinars. Stakeholder-meetings for the managers and teachers were organized to familiarize them with the findings.

With our book 'Left leg- right leg' (in Dutch 'De bende van Super-Anders) we introduce children to the phenomena of unrecognized compensation skills. With our workshops and materials we dive deeper into the world of unrecognized knowledge and show how all types of disabilities, disadvantages and challenges have a silver lining. This approach offers a great way to tackle bullying, increase the children's self-esteem and activate them as inspiration to others.

For the Dutch tax authority (Belastingdienst) we organized a series of TINO workshops for their innovation (trends) team. We introduced them to the domain of unrecognized knowledge, its differences compared to recognized knowledge and its potential and importance for identifying trends. The workshops were all provided online (thus corona-proof) and full with interactive exercises. In between the team members worked on assignments and they received individual feedback.

Since 2017 we organize TINO programs in which students interview elderly as 'knowledge detectives'. The youngsters practice to learn from people you didn't expect to learn from and the elderly get recognition for their stories and knowledge. Our clients for such programs are nursing homes, municipalities, a national government and funds. These programs can take place corona-proof using videocalls. We often organize TINO Climbing sessions for students. In these dynamic workshops they discover the similarities between the climbing wall and real life. We introduce them to themes like milestones, decision making and collaborations. It's a great way to activate the youngsters in a fun way but also teach them some practical (TINO) skills for their daily lives. climbing experience is not needed and we customize the content to the age group, educational level and available time-frame.

For the Dutch NGO 'Stichting Leergeld' we organized left leg-right leg workshops for hundreds of children and youngsters. With these activities Stichting Leergeld celebrated her 21-year anniversary and embraced our message of not only helping vulnerable people (in their case minors), but to also see their extra-abilities. For a period of 2.5 years, we have organized a TINO Program for young adults on behalf of the Ministry of Health, Welfare and Sport. This was part of the national Action Program for Homeless Young People. Through conversations with TINO trainers, home assignments and TINO climbing sessions, the participants gained insight into their compensation skills (right legs) and life path. Curious to know more? For the Dutch province of Overijssel we carried out a TINO research to analyze what should be the future focus points of their cultural policy. We identified relevant people with unrecognized knowledge, did one-to-one interviews and integrated the findings. The results were presented in a visual report, presentations and webinars. Stakeholder-meetings were organized to familiarize the network with the findings. We did similar projects for other municipalities and funds in the Netherlands.

Since 2018 we organize the TINO MDT program in which youngsters get to know some TINO elements and practice learning from people they didn't expect to learn from. TINO MDT is part of the 'Maatschappelijke Diensttijd', a national program to stimulate youngsters to gain new skills, meet people outside their bubble and to contribute to society. Already hundreds of youngsters and elderly participated to this TINO program. Click on the button to go to our TINO MDT website.

I would like to know more

We organized thematic Knowledge Detecting projects for schools, for example about the Second World War or local history. The participants (children, youngsters or students) get an introduction workshop, (based on step-by-step) assignments and are paired with local elderly whom they interview about their stories. We support the elderly and offer personal feedback to the youngsters who work towards a final presentation. These programs can be organized corona-proof.
