including trainers for our youth programs and specialists in back-end and logistical operations.
Haim Dror, the developer of the TINO method and founder of HUMINT Solutions, hails from Israel. He retired in 2010 from his role as a Counter Intelligence Expert for the Israeli Government.

Maya Lievegoed made her mark by bringing TINO to the Dutch market in 2014. She led numerous TINO projects and assembled a strong network of local partners. She is also the co-author, alongside Haim, of the book 'The Gang of Extra-Able', which delves into the TINO concept of 'left-leg right leg'.

Florien Sjoerdsma became part of our team in 2017 and currently leads our dynamic TINO Sport initiative. Through activities like climbing, participants uncover TINO elements in action. Florien's sporting expertise shines through in many of our programs, including TINO MDT.

Siham Hussein is the Benjamin of our team and follows our partner-traineeship. As a former participant of our 'TINO CV' process she experienced herself the added value of identifying some of your own 'right legs'. She shared her experiences in this article (in Dutch) and has the aspiration to bring TINO to young women in shelters.

Claudio Gorri hopped on the team in 2023 after years of being a die-hard TINO fan from Brazil. Claudios extensive experience in the Brazilian corporate sector includes strategic roles for companies including Oracle, Samsung and IBM.
And also: Cooking up a storm is his jam, especially Brazilian barbecue, and he is always up for discovering new places.
Melody Toering joined our team in 2016 and focuses on our knowledge detecting programs with youngsters and elderly. Has a background in art and uses her artistic skills to visualize the discovered knowledge, for example in expositions like these. Guides the art students from the Art School of Applied Science in Arnhem (ArtEZ), who follow interships with us yearly.
And also: Followed a musical study in London and still likes to sing. You can hear her voice in this song.
Janita Tögel is studying at ArtEZ and we met her when she joined our team in 2022 for a 6-month traineeship. After finishing her traineeship she continued working with us and among other things, combines dance with TINO elements.
And also: Lived in the US and worked there as an au pair. Is originally from Germany.
Veselina Kotseva joined our team in 2023. She is currently graduating at Saxion University where she studies International Human Resource Management. With Veselina one of our focuspoints will be to help HR departments benefit from TINO in order to identify unrecognized knowledge and skills.
And also: Is from Bulgaria, lived in England, the Netherlands, Finland and Valencia!

Ivelise Seixas is our representative in Brazil, where we have done many TINO projects. Joined us in 2016 and combines it with her activities in the local political arena.
And also: Sings ever since she can talk. Also writes her own songs and if she and Maya would live in the same country they'd probably would have started a band. This is one of our favorite songs of her.

Cecile has a background in photography and also provides photography workshops within our programs. We actually met her through her camera. She made pictures for us in the past (and still does!).

Rolf Oosting became a member of our team in 2022, taking on the versatile role of our handyman. Whether it's fine-tuning the visuals in a fresh publication, orchestrating logistics, or lending a hand during workshops, he's the go-to guy we can always rely on.
Also: He has a background as an art teacher at a high school and channels his creative energy into composing music during his free moments. With all these musical talents, who knows, we might just start a TINO band someday!

Titia Kok joined our team in 2018 as part of her reintegration trajectory. She started as a volunteer and became a freelancer in 2019. She mainly works with the elderly who participate to our projects.
And also: is a mother and grandmother of two. She loves singing in a choir and cycling with her husband.
Rolf Kuijpers initially joined us as an intern and later in 2023, he embraced the role of a TINO trainer for our two MDT programs: TINO MDT & MDT Cultuur & Kunst. Alongside, he conducts dynamic TINO breakdance workshops that introduce youngsters to TINO through dance.
Also: Rolf, a graduate from ArtEZ in dance, smoothly blends his artistic passion with his TINO ventures. You might catch him adding some flair to a stage, in the Netherlands or abroad!
We met Gert Jan Olthof in 2019 when he, as part of his reintegration, worked with us as a volunteer. In 2022 he started his own business and he's now a great help in all kinds of behind the scenes tasks, including administrative and editorial work.
And also: is a real movie-fanatic and has seen over 10000. So if you need advice or can't remember the name of that movie you saw and liked? He is your go-to!
Alexandra de Jong has worked in primary and vocational education and has a soft spot for youths in special vocational training due to their directness. She joined our team in 2023, focusing on linking our TINO programs with practical education. Besides her role here, she also works part-time at ROC Nijmegen, guiding students.
Fun fact: Alexandra enjoys gardening and mud runs – quite the combination! 😊
