Ethics Workshops
People make decisions on a daily basis, as part of their private or corporate
life. Many of these decisions are on the boundary, they form an ethical dilemma,
they reside in the grey area between the ethical and unethical, and the rules
and regulations do not provide answers.
Can I or should I not accept a gift from a supplier? What constitutes a gift,
something of a certain price or volume? Can I accept a gift from the competition?
Do I think or understand it forms a conflict of interest? Perhaps there is a
matter of appearance I did not consider?
Often, decisions are made without taking a deep look into the ethical aspects,
if the dilemma is not so obvious, and can be found later to be severe errors of
judgment.
The goal of the Ethical Workshops is to introduce within the organization the
concept of discussion of ethical dilemmas. Through sets of activities, simulations
and theoretical presentations, the participants will acquire tools that will
help them deal with ethical dilemmas in the future.
The discussions, guided by our specialists, will ultimately lead to thorough
Analysis of ethical dilemmas in the daily activities of the participants,
