Who We Are

HUMINT Solutions is a consultancy specializing in Human Intelligence (HUMINT) solutions for businesses, non-profit organizations, and governmental enterprises.

It was founded in 2003 by Haim Dror, a former government intelligence expert, with extensive combat and managerial expertise. Aside from holding a variety of senior positions within the intelligence community, Haim also possesses a BA in economics from the Hebrew University in Jerusalem and an MPA from the Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University.

Having realized that governmental intelligence 'know-how' can be customized and applied in any organization, we hope to promote and implement the Think Intelligence™ and EEM™methodologies wherever they may benefit managers and employees.

It is the combination of these endeavors in one man that lead to the birth of this unique approach to Intelligence practices in the business world.

Our team is combined of Intelligence professionals, researchers in the fields of education and psychology, and business experts. We believe that a successful team is one, which is built by people from different fields and different life experiences, a team which will reflect our interdisciplinary and innovative idea, and will make it grow further.
