When We Do It

When we ‘think’ intelligence’ as an set of actionable pieces of needed information, (‘e.g. answers to business questions’), we need to base it on holistic, integrative approach of both ‘DATA’ & ‘PEOPLE’. Approaching differently what we HUMINT/TINO is defining as ‘documented’ (set of information pieces that need to be retrieved) and ‘undocumented’ (set of information pieces within the domain of a ‘people’ and depends on their will to share) information.

Because current common knowledge management methods are influenced dramatically by the amazing development of technology, providing highly effective applications generating valuable business insights through sophisticated data mining methods on top managing of huge integrative databases, the PEOPLE part has been relatively neglected.

The effect of that ‘technological paradigm’ create a need to develop methods & tools which has designed to be provide effective solution WHEN we need to manage human based information either during ‘Downstream’ , ‘Upstream’ or both
