What We Do
Humint Solutions' methodologies are the fruit of collaboration between professionals from different fields and different parts of the world.
Think Intelligence™ is a unique combination of extensive experience in governmental intelligence HUMINT and its application to a variety of business processes.
EEM (Enterprise Ethics Management) Focuses on creating an strengthening the ethical standards in an organization, spotting malevolent intentions, and informing recruitment processes.
TINO (Think Intelligence Network Owner)™ is an innovative concept for building 'bottom-up' human intelligence networks, knowledge platforms which provide valuable and reliable knowledge for a range of business and organizational needs, under the strictest ethical guidelines.
Think Intelligence™
Think Intelligence™ was born out of the understanding that businesses lack a structured and professional approach the undocumented knowledge of its employees, associates, and clients.
A brief look into the corporate world of our day reveals that we all seem
to be in a heated race for better documentation. We try to document as much as possible, and find better solutions for accessing these ever-increasing amounts of reports. The deficiencies of this approach are quite obvious:
how are we to reach what is not documented, whether intentionally or through neglect? and how can we make sure that good and relevant information is entered to the system?
Think Intelligence™ allows you to realize how valuable undocumented knowledge is, and helps you reach it. We offer a variety of ad-hoc services to those who do not wish to develop in-house capabilites. To those who do, we provide the skills and knowledge to manage the information retrieval and analysis process independently, after a training period.
EEM - Ethical Enterprise Management
Getting results faster seems to be what everybody wants, but faster does not always mean better. In this pursuit, much information is overlooked, cast aside as unimportant, or simply forgotten before it may have an effect. One area which is easily ignored, not being a part of the actual product or service delivered, is the ethical ground on which business is carried out.
People are constantly making decisions which have ethical dimensions, if only implicitly. Every action which might affect other people has an ethical side to it; others can judge it as good or bad, just or unjust, moral or immoral. Even though we deal with such questions every day, we are in danger of downplaying their importance when we focus on our business goals.
Moreover, the differing moral perceptions of different cultures muddy the waters still further. What is condemned as immoral in one country may be more or less de rigueur in another. Faced with concrete moral demands, it is thus perfectly understandable when people question whether morality and ethics are not far removed from the realities we know as well as being the seemingly random product of a certain culture.
Yet, as the realities of this world show, ethical issues are highly relevant even when it comes to counting profits. Unethical behavior of employees within an organization, such as fraud or embezzlement, often leads to grave financial losses.
According to the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners, 6% of an organization's revenue may be lost because of occupational fraud, which would constitute $600 billion out of the annual revenue of the United States.
One might say that losing 6% is simply the price of doing business. However, bad-intentioned activity from within the organization can be tackled and reduced to minimum, given the right tools. Humint Solutions presents a series of unique ethics related product to help you deal with this problem, in several ways:
- Recruiting - Choosing the right people to key and sensitive positions, with regard not only to their professional skills, but also their integrity and credibility profiles.
- Creating a Code of Ethics - Making the ethical environment within the organization matter to your employees, and improving its image in the eyes of outsiders.
- Ethics Workshops - Raising awareness to ethical issues and bringing them to daily discussion, thus reducing the possibility of people knowing that something is wrong and saying nothing about it.
