HHUMINT Solutions was founded in 2003 by Mr. Dror, upon as his retirement from
active service, and he holds the position of the CEO and President of the company. HUMINT's proprietary Think Intelligence™ methodology was developed by Mr. Dror, following his extensive career of 17 years as senior intelligence officer. The core concept of the idea lies in utilization of the Undocumented Information for enhancement of corporate operation and results. The unique method allows the organization to 'See what they can't see what is to be seen' and empowers it, through internal generic processes, to greatly improve business drivers for achieving the set goals.
While in service, Haim has led and managed implementation of large ERP & BI systems in corporate environment, masterminded and executed turnarounds in organization's HR department (recruitment programs, promotion schemes and behavior analysis). Since HUMINT's inception, Mr. Dror has consulted world-wide to big corporations, using his method to generate substantial improvement in business operation of his clients – multi-million increases in revenues.
In his free time dedicated to circling the globe on his Motorcycle
Mr. Dror holds Bachelor's degree in Economics from the Hebrew university of Jerusalem and a Master's degree (M.P.A) from Harvard University.
